Lifter tick?

Trying to figure out what to do about it.
It's pretty intermittent, but really loud when it's there.
Coming from what sounds like the passenger side head.

If it is a tick, how do I adjust this?

Has an e303 cam, with "old iron cobra heads" as I was told.
Any tips?

Have you pulled the valve cover to ensure you don't have a bent pushrod or damaged rocker arm?
If they are ok then you have a lifter that is collapsing and it will need to be replaced.

There is no adjustment unless someone has converted the heads from pedestal to stud mount rockers. In that case you need to adjust them as the conversion kit manufacturer says.

I don't recall the exact procedure, but that sounds correct.
