There are likely several different sizes, you will have to measure the I.D.'s to be sure.
1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32" & 1/4" are pretty common sizes for vacuum hoses with some, such as the brake booster vaccuum hose being even bigger.

I searched for a kit, but none were available that I could find.
I found some for the Classics, but the Foxes & SN95's were not listed.

Belay that prior statement, I just found a kit for the Foxes on eBay
Not that it helps you much, but you might be interested in the brightly colored silicone hoses?

I might suggest that since you are doing this maybe you could layout your old hoses and measure them for size and length and record that for the next Mustang owner?
