Need some of your expert opinions!

I've heard that adding a camshaft with the stock E7 heads hurts the performance more than helping it. If you have stock heads but full intake, would this still be true? I have a full exhaust and full intake with gears, advanced timing, and underdrive pullies.

It will if you exceed the flow capabilities of the heads with a cam that has too much lift or duration.
As long as you choose a cam to work with what you have you should be ok.

Use the CamQuest tool to see what cam specs would work best for you.

Thanks man, you've helped a lot. I just don't know what to do next after I installed the full intake. I don't have enough cash at the moment for good cylinder heads. I looked at those AFR's you mentioned and they seem like the best bet, but they are pretty pricey.

Just start searching for a used set. Eventually you will run across a good deal at the most opportune moment.
