Maybe around 25 HP. You are going to need a tune since the 94-95 counters suck *** and don't like major changes.

When I put TFS heads on my 94 cobra it ran super rich and had almost no bitten end till I got it tuned.

Re: gt40 p setup

the heads are worth a good 25 on a stock engine , and the intake a good 10
but with other mods you may see better gains

You can prolly get by with out it for a while. The motor is going to run really rich if it's anything like mine was. Just by install the TFS heads my gas mileage dropped nearly five miles per gallon. Once I got it tuned, my fuel economy went back up and it ran like a scalded dog!

In the end I had TFS heads, TFS track heAt intake, 65mm throttle body, 75mm air meter, complete accel ignition, full length headers, off road xpipe, magnaflow cat back. Car was a beast.
