The LX is basically a less optioned, cheaper version of the GT.
In some cases they are lighter weight which makes them desirable for street/strip or other types of racing.
The "Coupes" are or can be the lightest and fastest of them all.

That is def a sweet car, and if it's got low mileage that's a great deal. I'm still Kickin myself for not buying a 89 white gt 5 spd completely stock unmolested with 39k original mikes for 6 grand. That car also kinda looks like my car a little bit heh.(mines auto as well....for now...)

Wow! 218k and it looks almost showroom condition, did he happen to say it has been repainted at one point in time and/or new interior? 5500 bucks and 218k miles don't work for me but that's just me, I don't like High mileage heh. It does look sharp though

i say low ball him.if he will come down then it may be worth it.even with the high miles it definatley looks taken care.if the motor was taken care of as good as the rest of the car it may still have lots of miles left in it.but like i said the price does need to come down.
