gt40 intake

I just bought a gt40 in good shape with throttle body, injectors, fuel rails for 165$ in great shape. So my ? Is what all should I use on my 91 5.0? Is the throttle body and injectors bigger or better than my stock ones? It's the stock ones off of an explorer.

I'm not sure if they are the same as the cobra which is 70mm throttle and 24lb injectors but if so you don't have to worry about the throttle body but if they are 24lb injectors you'll need a new mass air sensor calibrated for 24lb injectors !!

Re: gt40 intake

The injectors are probably 19lbs/hr like the 5.0. The stock throttle body is 58mm so just measure the one you got and see if it's bigger or not
