351 Heads

Would I see major gains if i bolted on a set of 351 windsor heads from a 1970? The heads have had a recent valve job and the exhaust has been ported, they're asking 150$

No, Unless they have been fully ported/flowed and have had bigger valves and seats installed, you will not see much, if any gain over the factory E7 heads.
