79 5.0 oil pressure problem!

Ok I have a 79 mustang cobra. I got it from my friend about a mont ago and he put 351 heads on it and it ran terrible and it was blowing white smoke so I took the heads off and bought new e7 heads put them on. Car runs great besides when I drive it. When it's cold oil pressure is normal 35psi then after it warms up it's below 20psi and oil starts coming out of the dipstick! So I replaces the PCV valve and it got a little better but it still does it! So my question is... What could be causing this? Thanks for future information

Sounds like your engine bearings and piston rings are shot.
Time for a rebuild.

The bearings are worn out which gives you excessive clearance so the oil pressure falls off.
Blowing oil out of the dipstick is a sure sign of compression leaking past the piston rings.

Damn I was hoping it wasn't that! But luckily I have a 308 already in the making. I guess I'll just use the whole top end off the ol 302 goodies then slap off in there.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Be sure you check the valves, valve guides and seals on those heads before you re-use them.
