rev up

Revs come up a little when push in clutch to shift? Recent fixes...radiator,wp,tstat,hoses. Found maf hose that goes from firewall block "to I'm assuming intake. Obviously was intentionally unplugged and plugged up. Why? Reattached. It also looks dry rotted and cracked. Some idling issues when start up...low up down 600-800rpm. I wanna attemp to clean maf sensor see what happens.

Use your Chiltons or Haynes manual and check/clean the IAC & MAF.
Check the TPS and make sure your EGR valve isn't stuck or the diaphragm is leaking.
Check for vacuum leaks everywhere there is a hose/connection and around the intake too.

Finally cleaned maf, didn't seem to really do anything. When I get around to check my tps I read its supposed to be at .98-.99. If not how do I adjust? Or just buy new
