What does this indicate?

I replaced my old fan along with a police spec fan clutch. This pattern has built up over time. Ideas?

Yes, has always stayed cool. And always maintained. I was thinking maybe a leaking fan clutch, but i would expect a different pattern.

That's likely the culprit.
Can you see the seals on the fan clutch?
If you can look for evidence of the silicone migrating outward toward the blades.
