Well we built my brothers forged 347 motor , with AFR 225 heads and HolleySystem Max intake and that dynoed at 407 rwhp with 408 ft/tq. So I would guess around 360-380rwhp depending on what heads you use and how it's tuned

Im not sure on what heads to get I will have the engine ready before I get the heads . I'll get them soon after I was looking at the edelbrock heads just for the reason that they're cheaper since the engine deepleated most of the funds for my car

Edelbrock heads are cheaper (that's what I have) but they are still great cylinder heads!!!!

Stroker thread baby!!!

From looking into putting down some power on a dyno pull don't expect something reasonable and don't over estimate what you will get shoot low and surprise your self.

Also consider what your drivetrain is as well for gears ext.

Did you say your using a cast block?

Re: 331 stroker

the thing is you never know what to expect
you just have to build it and dyno it
kid down the street from me bought a Coast High complete engine , with all the good stuff , 347 - TFS heads , cam and intake it made a measly 301 RWHP ?? GO FIGURE

Re: 331 stroker

If you can get to a drag strip where others you know may race their Fox bodies, you may get a really good idea of what to use for your own.

Edelbrock heads are fine and I've used them in the past. That said, "for the money" of heads, I'd still be strongly considering both AFR and TFS. I'd probably also look into Patriot heads. Pricing is about the same in the end. Read up on the various parts and familiarize yourself with their intricacies if you can and you may find those slightly more expensive heads also have more to offer for your particular build style.

I will stick with efi , and I'm thinking of running the edelbrock heads with the rpm 2 , I'm gonna have it N/A for now so I was looking at the Ford racing cams
