fuel issue?

Fuel pump whines real bad in my 95 gt it feels hesitant slugish and just all around slow. Also sometimes it feels like its cutting out under wot? Anybody got any ideas? I thought maybe it was something fuel related but wanted to ask yall.

if the pump is weak you should be able to tell with a fuel pressure test.

Does it sound like it may be something else? I just wanna know because ima over haul it soon and just start replacing stuff thats old

My 94 gt do the same thing and a guy to me that my fuel pump was also weak...I haven't change it yet...but I change everything up under the sun that I thought it was, but your car sound like wat mines is doing

Well that leads me to my next ? Since I will prolly change my pump, should I go ahead and go bigger since I plan on doing hci down the road? that way im not wasting money

Well that's up to you I just was gone put a performance one on mines if I was to do some else to it later...so I would say go for it
