Charcoal canister hose

Found a vac leak on the vac hose that goes from the charcoal canister on my 92 mustang to the intake. The problem is I can't find the right size. There is 3/8 hose hooked to the canister and then it is downsized to a 1/4. I can not find 3/8 vac hose at auto zone or Oreily. They do have a 3:8 fuel line and also a gas vent line. Would either of these work? Any help would be great. I think this may fix my high idle. Thanks

You may be able to get a 3/8 to 1/4 hose adapter. AutoZone should sell those.

Re: Charcoal canister hose

Any type of hose that will not collapse from the vacuum will work.

Fuel line won't collapse. You could use that.
