Motor help

93 mustang want to rebuild motor and build it some I M looking for high 500 low 600 for torque and high 400 low 500 horsepower what should I get to get this performance??

If your using the stock block you shouldnt go over 550rwhp.. They just can't handle it.. U should look at a DSS or FRPP or Dart block maybe a Mexican 302. But the stock roller block won't support it sorry to say!!! I've learned the hard way on my turbo car

I don't plan on using a turbo or supercharger I just want to put a bigger cam and bore the block and get some different heads possible some new pistons but I'm gonna rebuild the whole motor

Make sure you if you use the stock block, to prep it properly. You will need to stiffen it some or it may not hold that kind of power. But you are gonna need some really big heads and intake. Probably bored and stroked to 347. And not necessarily the biggest cam, but a matching cam.
