Tail Light Problem..still

well when i bought my 93 lx the tail lights wouldnt stay on. the previous owner bought the whole harness for the tail lights from the kicker panel back. i put the new harness in today and bought new bulbs for it, when the tail lights are turned on nothing happens, but when i put a 30amp fuse in the tail light spot on the fuse box (instead of a 15) the lights came on but were very dim, but with the 15 amp fuse nothing happens, any clue what my problem could be? i checked all the grounds and theyre all good the harness is good and it has all new bulbs

Trojan Horse is just getting started.
Re: Tail Light Problem..still

Sounds like you have a dead short and probably blew the smaller fuse. Do not use the 30 amp fuse or you will burn up some wiring.
Time to start tracing wires.
