Cheapest way to go from 4 to 5 lug

Looking for the cheapest way 2 swap 4 lug to 5 lug

Sn95 spindles and axles from an explorer. Both can be had from junkyard for cheap

What year car? Earlier v8 cars had the small rotors. SVO rotors are the large ones. You'd have to get ranger 2wd rotors or upgrade the spindles too.
