1983 Foxbody upgrade questions

I have a foxbody with a supercharger, cold air intake, bbm 2" exhaust. It runs at the strip a 13.00 at 1/4 and I want to get it in mid 11's. What should I do that will make it faster and street legal?

What heads do you have on it now? What trans and gear?

Well start by yanking the e7 head off.. Either find some gt40's or get a set of trick flow's or edelbrock heads. The trans should hold for now but when it goes buy a c4. A supercomp Pa with a trans brake is a great choice.. Get correct converter to match your powerband. And maybe a 373 gear..

You also should stud the heads when you change them.. And you can add a lil more boost.. How much psi are you currently running?

Start with a top end kit, 3.55 or 3.73 rear end gears and finish with a good set of headers and 2.5" H or X-pipe and exhaust.

Trick Flow has a top end kit that claims 360 HP, you can find it on the American Muscle website. Contact Trick Flow before buying and ask about the compatibility of the camshaft in that package with supercharging.
