93 lx 5.0 knocking sound

I just bought this car and it recently started this knocking noise it will come and go at times it's quiet and other it get louder.....I'm assuming it's the lifters.....Any ideas or opinions on what to do fix it rebuild it or what I believe it's a 302 I was thinking about just enjoying it for the summer and replacing it with a 306

Could be the lifters or maybe a blown exhaust manifold gasket. Can you post a video of it?

I had an exhaust leak that made a ticking noise. New gaskets and no more tick.
