supercharger or turbo for a daily pony?

This might be already in a sticky..but I wanted to get opinions hopefully on both the people that have/had these setups in the past or currently.

Works great I would drive my car anywhere.. I would go turbo if I were you.. Gotta love free power.. It's exhaust fed. So doesn't put the drag on the motor.. But any kind of boost is fun to drive

Yea I remember my pops ol 93 cobra with a vortech it was cool..I'm just trying to figure it out soon cause I'm building a 347 for some type of boost...even though pops is really trying to pull me to the dark side of going with a big block

I say go compound, best of both worlds.

IMO turbo lag is sometimes overrated. A turbo gets great mpg and drives like a stock car untill you plant that right foot. Every turbo car I've ever rode in the lag seemed to never been an issue to be upset about

Get a 351W, bore & stroke it to 427 cubes. Then you'll have big block cubes and the weight of a small block.

Heck Yeah! A Kenne Bell Blowzilla and twin Turbochargers.
Can you say boost throughout the RPM range of the engine.

Don't forget to add a 100 shot to the mix.

I watched a video called triple charged on YouTube. It was a long video. But the used twins and a roots blower I believe. It had great low end torque. But they said they could make way more power with the twins and a 65 shot. They said the 65 shot added something crazy like 300 hp. My numbers may be off a little bit. But it was a cool video none the less.

That's quite likely. Compressing air from three sources is bound to build a LOT of heat.
The nitrous would go a long way toward cooling off the mixture and enabling a lot denser mixture to be fed into the engine.

Call me when it's ready. I'll need a large shop with lots of tools at my residence there or a huge shop with all the tools centrally located would work too.
