After I get everything put back in the steering doesn't wanna turn like it should. It's hitting the header right where the steering bolts into the rack and punkin .91 GT, 5speed.....

You may have to manipulate the header a little bit. It's common. Just use a ball peen hammer and be careful.

I had to do that to my shorties. You may also be able to move the column a little bit to gain some clearance too.

Loosen the four bolts that hold your column under the dash, then go under the hood and pull the shaft away from the headers. It will slightly move your steering wheel but not enough to really notice. If you still don't have enough clearance you will likely have to ding the header pipe.
