I found this un plugged off the back of my intake manifold ... What is it ? An will it cause anything bad

Yes pcv , needs plugged in back off block, passenger side kinda hard to get to . You can have oil coming out.

Pressure control valve , controls pressure in crank case, vents pressure so don't build up and go boom

Yes you do. You did very well and it's difficult to remember everything.

Yes, inspect and replace any cracked or damaged vacuum lines.

That could be a fuel supply or pressure issue, or a timing issue.
A cracked leaking vacuum line at the fuel pressure regulator or in the system may cause fuel supply issues.
Inspect and replace vacuum lines as needed, then go from there if that doesn't cure the problem.

Well I put that coil on you showed me .. And it fixed my idle and it runs up to about 3800 rpm now ... I suspect the EGR is leaking
