Rear end - Mustang Evolution

Rear end

My rear end is going out and I found two the first one is a 93 cobra rear end disc brakes and 3.08 gears the the second is a stock one with disc brakes and 3.55 gears there both 350 and ready just to bolt on and use which one should I get?

Not much difference in the two, I'd get the one with the 3.55 gears myself.

You are welcome and good luck.
With the rear disk brakes you will need to change the proportioning valve and maybe the master cylinder too.

How much more will that cost cause I found an other rear end with the drums instead of the disk with 3.73 gears for 300 would I just be better off with that

No, you wouldn't be "better off" the disk brakes will improve your stopping power which is always a good thing.


I do not know what a proportioning valve and master cylinder would cost, but I doubt it would be very expensive. Google search for some fitting a 93 Cobra, they should work for your purposes.
