O I am looking at some newer OEM mustang wheels, and I am wondering what requirements I need to meet. I am running sn95 axle and front spindles. I am looking at some 09 gt wheels 17x8 with 6.5 back spacing. Tire size is 235/55/17. Any help would be great. Plus if you have pics with you fox 5 lug please share.

They should work just fine but might

Require a spacer

I'm running some 2004 18x9 cobra rims not sure on the backspacing. But I have 1/4" spacers all the way around and have no clearance issues. I still have my quad shock and the rear tires are 285/40/18's..fronts are 255 I think..

They will bolt right on. No need for a spacer.

The only thing I'm worried about is that they say the sn95 axle is 1 1/2" wider so it will stick out 3/4" on each side.

Yes, that is true, but since the newer Mustang wheels have less "dish" on the front side this should not be an issue.
For people like me who prefer a deeper dish in the front of the wheel it is an issue.
A cure would be to use aftermarket axles with the five lug pattern and the length of the original, or you can have the original four lug axle's wheel stud holes welded up and the 5-bolt pattern drilled in them by a competent machine shop.

Well I changed up the wheels I'm getting. I found a set of 04 Mach 1 wheels, that's what I was wanting to begin with for $250. Good tires but no center caps or lugs. So if anyone knows where to pick these items up for reasonable, would be great.

Oh, those won't fit your car at all, you should probably just send them to me so they won't be in your way.

Try American Muscle or Latemodel Restoration for your caps and lugs.
