Okay so after my car sits for the night if i dont wait like 5 min for it to warm up it falls flat on its face until it gets to about 2500 rpms... its a 5 speed...any ideas?
How should i go about cleaning it? And how do you check o2 sensors? ---------- Post added at 01:04 AM ---------- Previous post was at 01:04 AM ---------- Lol and what the heck is the element?
Ok, The first thing you need to do is buy you a Chiltons or Haynes manual.
Make sure you get one that has the wiring diagrams in case you ever need them.
The element is the sensor wire in the MAF. It is very delicate and you have to be very careful so you don't break it. Clean it with a cotton swab and some alcohol or throttle body/carb cleaner.
Testing procedures for the sensors will be in the Chiltons/Haynes manual.
