That's the ever elusive, hidden V-Tec plug!

Likely it is the connector for a fog light switch or power outlet socket.
Check the wiring diagrams in your Chilton's book and trace it down to see for sure.

It's for some option you don't have or it has come unplugged from something you do have. You'll have to take the console apart to see for sure.

If there is nothing for it to plug into, then I wouldnt worry about it. It's probably an option that you don't have. Maybe for piece of mind Google image search similar vehicles interior and see if you find some sort of outlets, switches, etc in that area.

But imo if everythings working then I wouldn't bother with it.

Love me some NSX, and even the CRX. Only two I've ever really liked.

I'm not a fan of any foreign car.
No matter if they are made in the USA or not as the bulk of the money goes back overseas.

People don't seem to understand that they are slowly but surely funding America's downfall by buying them.

Eh I've had a Honda in my day. I'm 33 now but in '95 when I got my license my dream car was a fox body. I got an 84 gt when I was 15 and got it all squared away for the day I got my license at 16 and a half. I lost my license within two months. I was forced to park my car until i was 18. Nearly two years, at my parents behest. In the mean time I was given a beater '89 civic Si. It made due until I was 18 and given my mustang back.

If you think about it, most of the other two "American " automakers outsource a majority of their work now so even buying those you would still be giving money overseas.

One of my buddies at work is a die hard Chevy fan and was sickened by the fact that most of Chevys vehicles were made in china and shipped to Canada for assembly. Their trannies are made in another country as well. Only exceptions being the camaro and corvette.

Motors still made in Windsor Ontario, car still made in america. Don't think the Romeo plant still makes the mustangs motor.

The problem is, imo: there are so many laws and politics In The big steel mills. That the cost to build stuff is outrageous. No offense to any union guys cause I'm not pin pointing anyone in particular out. But here is an example.

I go to a big mill for a job. It takes an 2 hours to get inside the plant. 1 hour driving through the plant to get to the job site. Then on the job site we have to wait nearly an hourly for someone to inspect our equiptment. Then we go to lunch. We come back and they are using the equiptment(crane) we are repairing. So by time we get the crane we do about an hour worth or work. Then clean up and go. This was with 3 guys. Could have easily been done in 2 hours with one guy. So they payed 24 hours of labor for a 2 hour Job.

Our labor cost with company vehicles and equiptment on the job is outrageous. They basically probably payed in the thousands for us to do that. That is the reason cars/steel cost so much. And then ship them overseas to be built. It's sad really.

its all the old school union and labor laws. which did good when they where put in place. but they need updated. it seems like to much bull crap goes on nowadays and the idiots involved are protected. and when they try to fix laws and politics every gets upset and offended. so its just a bad situation. but like i said, this is just my opinion. i dont wanna offend anyone. its stuff i see working in the industry.

I totally agree with dreamstang...as far as Honda's go I been into them for the past 12 years.the difference with the Honda's I owned was they were never all motor...80% of them are slow as hell and are owned by a trendy following ****** bag owner that thought it was the fastest thing on the road.the only car that I had that I can say I truly miss is my old 98 integra gsr Turbo...and the only reason I miss it..cause it made 534whp at the front wheels, due to a turbo on 20psi and many other mods...but let me go on record saying this...now I'd rather have a mustang than any import..no matter how much whp it has..

The rpm band may not have been that great though I just don't see it having a nice one like a mustang would have with a turbo
