Positive you have all of the bolts out?
If you are, try using a block of wood and hammer to break it loose.

Dam!!! I just broke one of the short Plenum bolts. How serious is that, and how much should it cost to remove and replace. By the way I checked all the hoses including two that's underneath Plenum no leaks as far as I see. I still have idling problems fuel injectors are fine, cleaned Plenum, egr, new Plenum gasket. What now?

Just cause a part was new 2 years ago doesn't mean it won't fail. Especially if it was an AutoZone special. But those parts can be tested. Refer to your Haynes or Chilton manual for the procedure.

Once the plenum is off you should be able to extract the bolt fairly easy. Maybe a pic of it will help give you the best technique. If you have enough bolt use vice grips. If not either a left handed drill bit or easy out should do the trick. Before you mess with it soak it in penetrating oil for a while.
