i have never seen this happen, but im sure someone has. but i would say turn the shaft, so the hole is on top. then try to push it in till it lines up. what i would be worried about is pushing it to far in and not being able to get it back out. but anyways, long story short. line it up and put a new roll pin in it. the roll pin is usually a hair oversize so its tight.

Idk what it is but it popped out and turned it looks like the two holes should line up and have some sort of pin in place

its got to go up. when you push the shaft in does it turn? and can you turn the output shaft?

here is a breakdown of the trans, if it helps.

Yeah. I wiggled it n even tapped on it a little n it will go in just to where that high spot is on the shaft. Almost seems like that spot should be on the other side the housing.

yeah what 90 said. push the clutch in.,

is the drive shaft on? if it is in gear try rocking the car front and back and see if it free it up in a certain spot so you could get it out of gear.but just a little at a time then pushing the clutch.

Trojan Horse is just getting started.
Re: t 5 troubles...

You're probably going to have to disassemble the transmission and realign everything. Don't force anything or breakage could occur.

You might try removing it and rolling it on its side and top to try and wiggle the shaft back in, but I'm betting you will have to disassemble it and line up the shifting forks and other parts.
