Problem

My cluster was bad nothing on it worked, so I got a new one but my gas gauge still says full. I know it's not full gas gauge is messed up still any tips?

Sorry, that I don't know. I figured if you put new cluster in gas gage don't work very well could be it.... Buy the way its in tank ... Just saying

It's call the sending unit. It's attached to the fuel pump. I am not really sure if there is a way to check it. But to change it you will have to drop the tank.

I have heard of a guy throwing seafoam in the tank and fixing it. But I can't personally recommend it because I have not done it.

Ok I'll just change it, y speedo is off because it has bigger tires than original so I have no way of calculating my gas mileage until I he those two things fixed

The sending unit can be tested with an ohmmeter, but it would need to be out of the tank and you would need to look up the testing range. It's usually easier to just replace it if you have already dropped the tank and pulled it out.
