Power lock help

My passenger power locks have stopped working. I found a relay and I was going to replace everything the relays/actuator and just reword everything. But I cannot figure out what lock type I have. As of now I think it is a 5 wire alternating 12 volts positive. I'm on the12volt.com website and it looks like that but I want to make sure because I am installing my alarm soon to and I need to know what one it is. Any help would be good! Thanks

Looks to me like it is just a two wire actuator and they are reversing it with a relay. - 79-93 Door Lock Actuators
