Re: Exhuast

First of all i'm wondering why you have a Y pipe if you have a V8?? Anyway, Go to a local muffler shop and have them get rid of that y pipe and go true duals. Then if you want it loud get Resonator tips (IE: Pype Bombs, Loudmouths ect...) or even muffler deletes (these don't sound that great but they are loud as hell). I would recommend the Resonators

I would look into the slp loudmouths, which are pretty much resonators.

Wonder what would happen if I cut out the resonators and weld the slp loudmouths from the 05 version as the tips would it still work?

the 10s are really loud. if you go in the pic and video sections. there are a few threads with exhaust clips in them. check them out. the 10s are twice as loud as my 40 series flowmasters!

I vote for cutouts now that I think about it. You have the best of both worlds whenever you want it. Quiet on something like a date or loud whenever you want to let someone know you mean business.

I do like my 10s as well. They are loud and have a good tone but they just leave something to be desired sometimes.
