installed my exhaust Cut-Outs

Well I got my exhaust cut outs yesterday, and installed the this morning.
Finished up just before the sky opened up. I did learn something though.
With the front tires up on the ramps and jacking the car up by the rear axle;
make sure it is all the way up the ramps. Because it may roll backward off the
ramps, wich may create issues if you are under the car placing the jackstands.

So, I'm a little curious about the exhaust cutouts.
Are yours electric or manual operated?
How was install?

That looks like some bad road rash.. But we have the same phone! Lol.

Re: installed my exhaust Cut-Outs

I used the Manual ones for now, always have the option to install the
electric ones later, they bolt right to what I have.

The install was pretty straight forward. Dropped the H-pipe I have long tubes. Marked
where I wanted to make the cuts. Used a 4" cut off wheel. They slid right on, I left the
clamps loose and reinstalled. Made some adjustments and tightened everything up. I
drove up to the O'Reilly's and got some self locking nuts, and wanted to put it through
a heat cycle. Once it cools down I will tighten eveything up again. Next week I will
take it to the exhaust shop and have them weld em up.

Click pics to hear what it sounds like
