I personaly like holley, quickfuel, and demon carbs. For the manifold I liked the performer rpm.

I did lots of research when I bought mine. There are some variable to the original question. What's the purpose of the vehicle and what kind of hp you looking for. The reason I chose my stuff were:

My weiand stealth intake makes power from idle to 6500 rpm. Which is a very wide powerband compared to most intakes. Which makes it a great street and or strip intake. If its gonna be more of a drag car I would look into something with a 3500-7000 rpm powerband. Also if you check the stickies this intake was used in a build that mm&ff did with a stock cam and made 400hp. To me it was perfect for what I was looking for.

As for the carb I really liked the holley street avenger. It really is a very easy carb to tune. The one I got is rated for 3-400hp. It is a 670. Make sure you do your research. A common mistake is people like to over carb there motors thinking they will gain more when sometimes they can just become a tuning nightmare. You can actually lose power to doing that. The street avenger carb for my setup was almost plug and play. All I had to do was make a few minor adjustments that took only a few minute and it was good to go. I did pay a little extra to get the all aluminum model.
