Engine heads

Okay I was wondering how do I tell if I have the gt40 or gt40p heads because if I have the p's I was gonna upgrade of an explorer to some gt40s because I'm pretty sure there better

The stickies has identification information. I do know one has 3 casting bars and the other has 4 casting bars on the end of the heads.
