help!?!?!

My car seems sluggish. Anything I could do to help it get up and go better/faster?!?

It's a 91 5.0 5 speed.....

It's got Mac long tubes, mac pro chamber mid pipe into two flow's, has cai, and 1" intake spacer and underdrive pulleys.....

just purchased a 2012 Roush Stage 3 Mustang and I want to know the recommended shifting ranges for my ride, can you help? I currently shift by sound but that may not be the best solution.....Dennis

Hi Dennis, welcome aboard!
Your question would probably be better answered in the Roush Mustang Forum.
At any rate you don't want to be shifting at redline all the time.
As you drive your car listen (like you have been doing) and feel. You will develop a knack for shifting your car at the opportune moment needed for your driving habits and style. You owner's manual may provide some guidelines too.
