You know what would be awesome?

If you can fit a 2012 mustang intake plenum (the one thats black and says boss 302) on a late 80's foxbody 5.0. Has anyone seen this done?
It's just something I thought could look unique. I'm kinda tired of my 5.0 H.O intake. What are yall who switched their intake for another using?

Not without a load of modification and fabrication.
It just wouldn't be worth the effort.

You have numerous intake choices.
Explorer
Cobra
GT40 Tubular
Edelbrock - Performer, RPM, Victor, Pro-Flo XT
Trick Flow, Street Heat, Track Heat
Holley Systemax
and a few others.

That's just all I could think of at the moment , please feel free to continue the list.

This Pro-Flo XT is my favorite and what I will ultimately end up with when I can afford to do it.

It's fairly new and I believe it first came out as a mega-buck EFI package with them releasing just the intake in the last year or so. The black version looks even better.

Yeah that elderbrock looks cool. I just wanted to get a little more modernized look to my 5.0. I love the way those bbk ones look, I'm sure you've seen em. They're a little too much right now unless I find a decent used one.
