Clutch safety switch problems

The clutch switch on my. 93 lx is acting up i bought the car like this the guy before me said he replaced it but still did the say thing nd idk if its the switch or sumthing is shorting out bc if u let out the clutch just enough the car dies but if u let it out fast it kinda kills it or cuts the engine off also is there any way i can by pass this switch bc when the car is running i dis connect it nd i depress the clutch nd it dont kill the car or anything. I just wanna by pass this switch help please thanks

I honestly left mine unplugged, just have to make sure you're careful not to leave it in gear when you go to crank it.

Sounds like you might have a pinched wire in the clutch mechanism. Make sure the wiring is clear and assure the switch is properly attached.

Well if i leave it un plugged it wont start...

Ok will do i havnt really looked at it i was just wondering but thanks for the help gonna check it this afternoon
