5-Lug Swap Questions

I'm converting my 87 GT to 5 Lug 4 Wheel Disc I have complete front spindles and brakes from an 01 GT with dual piston calipers and a rear axle from a 95 GT I know the fronts add 8mm per side and the rear axle is longer by 3/4 inch. My concern is wheels and lowering springs. the fenders and quarter lips are getting rolled to start with but i'm looking at factory styled wheels (FR500, 10 Aniv. Cobras) and was wondering if I would have problems with the 10.5 inch wide rears. Lowering springs would only get done if there would be no issues with the wheels. Any help would be greatly appreciated as im hoping to install buy the end of July. Thanks
