Hp estimate help.

Recently bought an 89 gt w/ the following mods:
AM cold air intake
Bbk shorty headers & o/h 2.5"
Magnaflow catback
Msd ignition
Wire wall adjuster
New distributor
Stage 2 clutch
Short shifter

I'm sure theres more im leaving out...

Just wondering about how much power it's making to the wheels.I drive an 03 Mach 1 and I'm well familiar with the 4.6 but I'm a little uneducated on the 5.0. I know ford claims 225,300tq but I know they just throw numbers out. I'm adding pullies and 3.73s soon with a upper and Lower intake manifold in a while. I'm waiting for more mods before the dyno.

Inb4 "those arent all power mods."

Thanks for the help 8)

Re: Hp estimate help.

Each engine is different, so it would be really hard to estimate with any accuracy. It will also depend on how efficient or inefficient the power is transferred through your drivetrain.

You are probably looking at 180 to 200 RWHP would be my guesstimate.

That's what's figured. The torque is there for sure but hp is another story lol. The motor is rebuilt w/ about 60-70k so it runs smooth. Thanks.
