Torque

Wanna add more torque, 89 Gt. hooker headers Flow master exhaust, under drive pully, 4.10 gears, bbk cold air intake, immissing a couple thigs. But I wanna get quicker off the start. I have the 4.10 gears but 1st gear is at like 10 mph at 3k Rpm...is that normal?

Yes, first gear is very low.

More torque requires a cam change, long intake runners and long tube headers.

Cammed I just don't know what to because it was before I got it. I have a 19 lb fuel injector. I want to switch out the throttle body and intake to a 70 mm and cobra intake

For more torque you will probably have to switch it out to a lower RPM range RV or Truck cam.

I have a 70MM TB For Sale in the Parts Classifieds if you want to take a look at it.
Note: You do not want to go any bigger than that unless you are going to forced induction. Bigger than a 70 MM will leave you with a "dead air" (slow speed) spot in your intake system.

Why is 1st gear so low?

Sorry, if your car is a 94-95 it won't fit without some modifications.
You'd probably be better off getting the correct one for your car.

Why is 1st gear so low?
I have to guess that it is for easier take offs in DD traffic.
