Cowl Hood Wont Fit:(

So i purchased a 2.5 cowl hood for my 92 gt and it sits nice in the front but where the vent grille is theres a little gap and it wories me
Doesnt look right
Is there any weatherstip or somerhing i can do or do they all sit like that

Should be four bolts. Takes a few try's to get it right

Lol. I've had the same thing happen. An extra hand helps but you can get it.. Take off your hood latch temporarily that may help.

Like the guys said, it just needs to be adjusted probably.

Mark the hinge ends where they are now, figure out how much you need to go back. and just move it back until you have 1/8" to 1/4" gap. The marks will help you determine how far you have moved it.

Just keep adjusting and tweaking until it is as good as you can get.
With some of the cheaper fiberglass parts, some filing and fitting is usually necessary.
Don't get discouraged, just post a pic and description of any issues you have and we will help you get through it.
