If you change injectors the MAF has to be matched to them.
If they are still in business, they should be able to reprogram it.
Or, you can go with an ABACO MAF and never have to worry about changing injector size and reprogramming again. You can do it yourself on a laptop or desktop PC. They also hold several different tunes and you can fine tune if you need to.

The larger injectors (42lb & Up) are known to cause hard starting & idling problems and it takes some special tuning to work around it. You may want to save up for the AFM PMS instead of spending all your money at a tuners. Then you can tune your car as you need to, when you need to and it has provisions for tuning out the large injectors starting and idling issues.
