Brakes hissing

My brakes have been hissing lately especially when I push the pedal. And they might feel a little stiffer than they use to. What's the issue here it just started randomly

Yeah I checked earlier but couldn't find anything.. Could it possibly be in the diaphragm?

Take the line off and pressurize "hold one end and blow air through w/mouth or air hose" or bend and check for cracks also.. Idk why it would be in the diaphragm unless you ran some dirty brake fluid or excess build up of condensation..

Yes, it could very well be the diaphragm.
As they get older the frequent back and forth movement will eventually wear a hole in them.

Also note that a diaphragm leak is easier to hear because the metal housing seems to amplify the sound and it can usually be heard from inside the car.
