vac tree under upper intake

I have been looking at all my vac lines on my 92 gt. I noticed that the tree under the intake is loose is this ok or not. I have a high idle issue could this be leaking. I don't have a mirror so I can see

No, it is not ok and it is likely leaking and causing your idle issue.

Yes, it is threaded in there, but you really need to remove the upper intake, remove the fitting, clean the threads, apply thread sealer and reinstall it to seal it up properly.
