gonna be putting either gt40 or gt40p heads with a explorer intake i will also be putting in stronger springs so the heads can handle higher revs my mustang mostly sees the road my question is what would be the best extreme cam for me i wanna buy the ford racing cam whats ur thoughts? and should i replace the timing chain and gears with just gears. all i have done to car right now is cold air intake flowmaster exhaust and 3.73 gears with a 5spd

You don't want to go to high with the Cam I would go with trickflow stage 1 CAM that's what I'm running and love it. Definitely change the timing chain and get a set of 1.6 roller arms

Same price. I couldn't find at AM website but they may sell it. LMR does have it.
