Will I pass

So iam thinking about getting an off road h pipe with no cats and iam wondering if i will pass inspection i live in mass if any one lives here or know the laws i could use the help its going on a 94 mustang gt

Well i did some studying and found out all cars before 1997 does not have to have emmissions test but if it has smoke coming from tailpipes will not pass

I would just keep the stock pipes just incase. If they don't like it you could always swap back for inspection.

Or find a buddy to get you a lick and stick... They cost around $80 in my area. Hardly any of my modded cars would ever pass inspection.

Great choice, Getting rid of your Cats will really wake your stang up! It sounds like you found your answer as far as inspection goes. It really depends on your location & how emissions friendly your state is. If they will only fail your car do to smoke coming out of the Tail Pipes, you will be fine.
