Set it up on jackstands under the frame to unload the suspension.
Make sure your coolant mixture is proper for the temps in your area.
Change the oil so you get rid of the contaminants and acids that form in used oil.
Place mothballs around and under the car to keep insects and animals away from it.
Cover it to protect from dust, scratches or dings as much as possible.
Disconnect the battery so the car's electronics do not drain it.

Why parking so early?

@ trojan
Isn't there also some kind of fuel stabilizer that helps maintain the fuel?

Yes, I was trying to think of what I was forgetting earlier and that was it.

Needs to be put in the tank then drive around for a while to distribute it throughout the fuel system.

Good luck with college.

The reason you need to drive with the fuel treatment in is to circulate it through the whole system.

Should just be called fuel stabilizer. Just tell your local parts guy what you need and he'll hook you up.
