Injectors

If I put 30lb injectors with the maf will I need to get a tune

You'll need a maf sensor calibrated for the 30 lb injectors, not a tune.

That and an engine capable of using 30 lb injectors.

Ok my buddy wants to know when he puts the 30 pound injectors and he get rid Of the flu for the supercharger

Most supercharged (6-12 psi) 5.0's use a 42 lb injector.
When you supercharge you will need to get it professionally tuned or buy a PMS and tune it yourself, but DO NOT under any circumstances open it up or get on it until it is properly tuned. Otherwise engine damage/destruction is sure to occur.
