which quadrant?

I'm about to do my aod to t5 trans swap and I'm getting a new quadrant and pedals. I see single hook "quick release" quadrants, double, and triple hook quadrants. What are the benefits of each and which would serve me best for an adjustable clutch cable and car that is mostly street driven and may only see the track once in a great while? Thanks again!

For the quadrant as long as its aluminum imo it will be way better than the stock plastic. The more hooks on it (double, triple, etc) the more adjustability. As far as the cable I would stick with oem. MM's kit uses an OEM cable, so thats probably the best bet.
