Gt40 head questions?!?

Ok so there is a guy on Craigslist selling a pair of gt40 heads for $200. He says there are not the gt40p heads. I was wondering if this is a good deal and also if they will fit right on a 5.0 or if they need modification (spark plugs, exhaust fittings, ect)?

Sounds like a decent price to me.
There is lots of info on the GT40 stuff in the Useful Information sticky thread.

Save your money Rick and get a set of good used aluminum heads such as the AFR 165, Edelbrock Performers or Trick Flows. They will make a lot more power than those and remove some weight from the front of your car.
