Sputter

My car starts to break up at 5300 what could it be

either inadequete fuel pressure at high rpms. or worn out valve springs. a stock motor on a dyno seems to fall off around 5800

I had all new spring and valves put in when I yanked the motor guess its time to upgrade the fuel pump

I would test fuel pressure at wot first to be sure of my wild guess.

I was thinking that was fuel pressure as well cause I got 24lb injectors

Also check your timing, if it is advanced to far that may cause it.
